We cannot see your bench, but we can control everything up to it. These are the handling practices every order goes through.

Receiving and lot records
Each incoming lot is logged on arrival with its supplier documentation, assigned a Tidewater lot number and labeled before it is shelved. The lot number printed on your vial and carton ties back to that record.
Storage
Lyophilized stock is stored at -20 °C, in the dark, until the day it is packed. Bacteriostatic water is kept sealed at controlled room temperature. Stock is rotated first in, first out.
Cold-chain packing
Peptide vials ship in an insulated mailer with frozen cold packs. We ship Monday through Wednesday so packages are not left in a carrier depot over a weekend. Orders that come in later in the week are held frozen and ship the following Monday.
Certificate of analysis
A certificate of analysis is available on request for each lot we sell. Email hello@tidewaterpeptides.com with your order number and we will send the document for the lot you received.
Labeling
Vial labels show the product name, quantity, form, lot number and the research use statement. Cartons add storage guidance, the CAS number and the molecular formula, so the paperwork stays with the vial.
Research use only
All Tidewater products are sold for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use and are not for human consumption. These products are not drugs, foods, or cosmetics and have not been evaluated by the FDA.
