Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Coinbase and Robinhood. Choose your app at checkout and approve the payment there. There is no card number to type in.
How does paying with an app work?
At checkout, select the app you want to use. You will be shown a secure payment request with simple steps for that app. Approve it, and you are returned to Tidewater with your order confirmed.
How fast is my payment confirmed?
Usually within a minute or two of approving it in your app. You will see a confirmation page right away and receive a confirmation email.
Where do refunds go?
Refunds are sent back to the same app or wallet you paid with, whether that was Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Coinbase or Robinhood. See our refund policy for timing.
Do you store my payment details?
No. Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your app login or account details.
Ordering and shipping
Who can buy from Tidewater?
Qualified buyers 21 and older purchasing for laboratory research. Our products are for research use only and are not for human or veterinary use.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest with an email address and a shipping address.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is free on every order.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 12 pm Pacific, Monday through Wednesday, ship the same day. Orders placed later ship on the next shipping day. Tracking is emailed when your label is created.
How are vials packed?
Peptide vials ship in an insulated mailer with frozen cold packs. Each vial is in its own lot-labeled carton.
Products and research use
Are your products for human use?
No. All products are sold for research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, are not for human consumption, and have not been evaluated by the FDA.
Can you advise on how to use a product?
No. We do not provide dosing, protocols or advice on use. Our products are supplied as research materials for qualified researchers.
Can I get a certificate of analysis?
Yes. A certificate of analysis is available on request. Email us your order number and we will send the document for your lot.
How should I store vials when they arrive?
Store lyophilized vials at -20 °C and protect them from light. Bacteriostatic water can be stored sealed at 20 to 25 °C.
