Where we ship
We ship to street addresses and PO boxes in the 50 United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing and delivery
- Orders placed by 12 pm Pacific, Monday through Wednesday, ship the same day.
- Orders placed Thursday through Sunday ship the following Monday so they do not sit in transit over a weekend.
- Most orders arrive in 2 to 3 business days by USPS Priority Mail.
- A tracking number is emailed as soon as your label is created.
Cold-chain packing
Peptide vials are packed in an insulated mailer with frozen cold packs. When your package arrives, move vials to -20 °C storage.
Returns
Because of the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened vials or vials whose seal has been removed. Unopened lab supplies such as the vial storage case may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged, warm or incorrect, email hello@tidewaterpeptides.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a refund to the app you paid with.
