These terms govern your use of tidewaterpeptides.com and any purchase from Tidewater Peptides (“Tidewater”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Research use only
All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use. They are not for human or veterinary use, are not for human consumption, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Products are not drugs, foods, or cosmetics and have not been evaluated by the FDA.
2. Buyer attestation
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, that you are purchasing for legitimate laboratory research, and that you or your institution are qualified to handle research chemicals safely. You agree not to use, resell or represent any product for human or veterinary use. We may cancel any order that we reasonably believe conflicts with these terms.
3. Product information
Product descriptions, chemical identifiers and images are provided for identification only. We do not provide dosing information, protocols or advice on use. A certificate of analysis is available on request for each lot.
4. Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing errors and may limit or cancel quantities. An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider through the app you choose at checkout (Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Coinbase or Robinhood). Your use of that app is subject to its own terms.
6. Shipping, title and risk
We ship within the United States only. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the package is delivered to the carrier. See Shipping & Returns for details.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Refunds are returned to the app or wallet used for payment.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any use of a product outside of laboratory research.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Tidewater against claims arising from your misuse of any product or your breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
