Refunds are sent back to the same app or wallet you paid with.
How refunds are paid
If you paid with Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Coinbase or Robinhood, your refund goes back to that same app or wallet. We cannot send a refund to a different account or payment method.
When you are eligible
- Orders cancelled before they ship are refunded in full.
- Items that arrive damaged, warm or incorrect are refunded or replaced when reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Unopened lab supplies returned within 30 days are refunded once we receive them.
- Opened vials, or vials with the seal removed, cannot be refunded.
Timing
We issue approved refunds within 2 business days. Most apps show the refund within a few minutes to a few business days, depending on the app.
How to request a refund
Email hello@tidewaterpeptides.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Include a photo for damaged items.
